### യുവാക്കളും തൊഴിലും

കേരളത്തിലെ തൊഴിലില്ലായ്മയുടെ കാരണം കഴിവുകളുടെ കുറവല്ല; മറിച്ച് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസവും തൊഴിൽ അവസരങ്ങളും തമ്മിലുള്ള വിടവാണ്. നമ്മുടെ യുവാക്കളെ വെറും “തൊഴിൽ അന്വേഷകരിൽ” നിന്ന് “തൊഴിൽ സൃഷ്ടാക്കളാക്കി” മാറ്റാൻ നമുക്ക് കഴിയണം. സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിൽ തന്നെ ജോലി ചെയ്ത്, അന്തസ്സോടെ ജീവിക്കാനും മുന്നേറാനും കഴിയുന്ന ഒരു സാഹചര്യം  സൃഷ്ടിക്കണം.

- ഭൂമി രേഖകളും സർക്കാർ ടെൻഡറുകളും സുതാര്യവും സുരക്ഷിതവുമാക്കാൻ ബ്ലോക്ക്ചെയിൻ സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യ ഉപയോഗിക്കുക.
- നഗരങ്ങളിലെ ഗതാഗതവും മാലിന്യസംസ്‌കരണവും കാര്യക്ഷമമാക്കാൻ AI അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലുള്ള സംവിധാനങ്ങൾ നടപ്പാക്കുക.
